My sweet, amazing, and beautiful girlfriend Amanda just got back from a week long mission trip in inner city Los Angeles with the youth group at Covina Evangelical Free Church that we are a part of when we’re up there during the school year. I haven’t really had a chance to talk a lot about it with her because the day she came back she had to leave again for Camp at Forest Home with the same group. From what she did tell me, most of their time there was spent putting on a Vacation Bible School for some kids in the area. Amanda has posted a really good post about one of her experiences in LA. From what Amanda has told me, God is defiantly in LA!
