May God help us! May God help me to lay the hurt feelings at His feet.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12145416736697860158noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-11928317.post-1142291746084309772006-03-13T18:15:00.000-05:002006-03-13T18:15:00.000-05:00Wes, Jesus didn't have to worry about being right,...Wes, Jesus didn't have to worry about being right, because He was right. The thing is that only Jesus was ever 100% right. My best friend told me this weekend, that in 30+ years of being "born again" she's never sat beside a Christian who believes exactly like she believes about everything. That's ok, cuz toes are not anything like eyeballs...but they are still part of the same body. I guess there are some things that we just have to agree on.
Who we say Jesus was/is makes a lot of difference. I think some of the comments you made in this post might get some dander up. But all in all, I'd have to say AMEN!
I think what really gets to me is I am usually ok if people don't believe the exact same things I do, and I have a real hard tome with people who insist that if I don't believe what they believe the way they believe, then I'm wrong. I think God is big enough that more than one person can be right...right?Arthur Brokop IIhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15347223269423770913noreply@blogger.com
